Social Media Expert

So, from looking at my blog history, I have been very poor about writing anything recent or interesting. So, I am now working with a Social Media Expert. She is going to get this up and going and get everyone excited about this site, which should get you excited about health and wellness.

Today's tip: Take a minute to do these stretches at your desk and you will feel better. Plant feet on the floor, try and relax your shoulder muscles. Take a deep breath and exhale. Round your back and reach towards your toes. Uncurl your back, one vertebrae at a time, until you are again upright, then continue to bring your arms up over your head and stretch towards the ceiling, taking another deep breath.

Ok, let's get some followers and I will start writing more interesting things and maybe have a contest or two.
